Daniel Fowlds

OWNER & BROKER

Dan Fowlds is the Broker and Co-Owner of Grand Realty in St. Paul, Minnesota, with 25 years of experience as a real estate investor, developer, and Broker. Since founding Grand Realty in 2005, Dan has guided clients through hundreds of successful transactions, always prioritizing their goals, interests, and long-term success. Whether representing a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, Dan brings strategic insight, deep market knowledge, and a commitment to personalized service that helps his clients achieve their real estate objectives with confidence.

In addition to his real estate career, Dan is a lifelong musician with more than 40 years of experience performing, writing, and recording music. He is the lead vocalist and guitarist for the Minneapolis-based band LowRay with James Irving.

Dan has been married for over 30 years and loves animals. 

James Irving

With 13 years in real estate, I bring a hands-on, personal approach to property management and real estate services. As the owner of Grand Realty Property Management, which I co-founded with Dan Fowlds in 2012, we started by managing Dan’s in-house properties and gradually expanded to serve third-party clients. Our approach is rooted in treating each property as if we own it, building long-term relationships with our clients, whether they’re owner-occupants or investors.

Originally from England, I moved to Minnesota in 2010 after a career as a touring drummer in the music industry. I still play in a band with Dan today. Outside of work, I enjoy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and spending time with my wife, two children, our dog, and our cat.

Ian Prince

Ian Prince is a skilled Realtor, general contractor, property manager, and musician with a passion for excellence.

As a Realtor, he helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with confidence. As a general contractor, he specializes in renovations, transforming homes and investment properties to maximize value. Ian also owns and manages multiple investment properties, ensuring top-tier maintenance and tenant satisfaction.

Beyond real estate, Ian is a renowned drummer, having traveled the world and played on numerous albums as both a collaborator and session musician.

Whether in real estate, renovations, or music, Ian brings dedication, expertise, and integrity to everything he does.

Levi Stugelmeyer

REALTOR & PROPERTY MANAGER

Levi Stugelmeyer is a versatile real estate professional, business owner, and musician based in Minnesota. As a Realtor with Grand Realty in St. Paul, he draws on years of experience as an investor and developer—most notably developing The Lowlands Event Venue in St Paul and founding Summer-Winter-Studios, a recording studio and creative hub for artists and musicians. He is also co-owner of Algorithm a boutique audio/visual company based in St. Paul.
 
Levi represents buyers and sellers across both residential and commercial real estate, helping clients achieve their goals with insight, integrity, and a strong commitment to their best interests. He also brings extensive expertise in property management, adding value for investors and landlords alike.
 
Outside of real estate, Levi is an accomplished professional drummer and recording artist. He has toured nationally and internationally making appearances on the Tonight Show and the Today Show among others.
 
Whether on stage or negotiating a deal, Levi brings a levelheaded attitude and a client-first mindset to everything he does.
