Daniel Fowlds
OWNER & BROKER
Dan Fowlds is the Broker and co-owner of Grand Realty. Dan has been an investor and developed in the Twin Cities market for over a decade. He grew up in N.E. Minneapolis, and has lived in the Merriam Park neighborhood of St. Paul with his wife Barb since 1995. Dan is the singer / guitarist in the band LowRay with James Irving.
James Irving
OWNER & REALTOR
James Irving, originally from the UK, spent 10 years in the professional music industry. This took him around the world and across America many times over. In 2012, he made the switch to Real Estate and set up Grand Realty Property Management. With his partner Dan Fowlds, Grand Realty has grown its business into traditional real estate as well.
David Jarnstrom
REALTOR & MANAGER
David also has a professional music background. As a drummer, he has toured across four continents and recorded with dozens of artists in the Twin Cities and beyond. He also works as a professional writer and marketer. David joined Grand Realty in 2018, in a communications role. As an agent and property manager, he has quickly amassed an impressive portfolio. David prides himself on his attention to detail, and his easygoing, personable approach when working with both buyers and sellers, owners and tenants.
